Shekinah 2016 is a confirmation retreat sponsored by the Metro DC Synod Youth Ministry Team, and will take place the weekend of April 1 through 3, 2016 at the 4H Center in Front Royal, Virginia.

This year's theme is iSTAND!, and invites us to look at the different ways we can stand (out, on, against, firm, for, with, among, next to, etc.), why and how we do so, and the ways we can meet the challenges that we may encounter as we do so.

Pastor Joel encourages parents with children in this age group to attend with their children and peers. All adults who attend to need to have a background check on file with the Synod office. Please let Pastor Joel know if you are an interested parent or children who might with to attend. Registration deadline is February 28, 2016.
