Our Faith Foundation

Explore what it means to be “living Lutheran” at www.elca.org/living-lutheran. Martin Luther said that “Our faith is a living, busy, active, mighty thing.” Together at New Jerusalem, we worship, learn, serve, and play. These are the pillars of our faith life and equip us for God’s work using our hands. Confident in God’s saving grace, we question, seek truth, learn, grow and share. Called to a living faith, we respond to human needs, work for justice and peace, care for the sick and the suffering and participate responsibly in society.

There are many opportunities at New Jerusalem to practice living Lutheran. You can participate in a service project; serve in our choir or one of our fellowship groups; donate to our food pantry; and participate in worship service. We welcome those that wish to help us as we serve the Lord!
