We give thanks and celebrate the staff and students at Harmony Middle School. This June the Western Loudoun Food Pantry was presented with a check for $1,400.00 from this year’s Empty Bowl Project! We are grateful for this amazing gift.

Each year at Harmony Middle School the Art and FACS (Family and Consumer Science) Departments collaborate to put on an empty bowl dinner the first week of December, which benefits the Western Loudoun Food Pantry. Due to Covid, they were unable to host this important event.

Instead, the FACS 8th grade students submitted recipes, and the 8th grade art students submitted artwork, which we combined to create a unique set of recipe cards for sale.

Each set contains 21 recipe cards. They are $20 per set with 100% of proceeds going to the Western Loudoun Food Pantry. Cards can be ordered at the link below and picked up in the front office at Harmony, or if needed, can be delivered to NJLC for pickup.
