The Women of the ELCA are excited for this year's Bold Women/Thankoffering Sunday, in which we welcome guest Pastor Terry Hannon to our service.

The WELCA has a rich history of Thankofferings, which began as simple, cardboard boxes placed in the home for women to collect change in as a reminder of their daily blessings. The Bold Women/Thankoffering Sunday is a way to celebrate these personal Thankofferings, and to bring awareness about this fantastic effort.

Special offering envelopes will be provided (in the weekly bulletin) during the weeks prior to the 21st to make your own Thankoffering on this Sunday. We also encourage Thankoffering in every home, so bring a box or jar to our service and we will help you create your own Thankoffering vessel to use throughout the year.
